A lover of haute cuisine and wine, he has worked for specialty media such as Revue du Vin de France, acclaimed French vineyards such as Romanée Conty, and renowned French chefs such as Alain Senderens, Guy Savoy, Pierre Gagnaire, Alain Passard and Anne-Sophie Pic.
In addition to wine photography, Fabrice has worked for Parfum d’Empire. He also joined the prestigious Harcourt Studio. Finally, he has travelled the world with his trusty Leica cameras for Terres de Café.
